For a manual tilt wheelchair to be a part of the equipment loan program for families living with ALS in Sarnia Lambton

Alzheimer Society Sarnia Lambton $1,000.00

For use in the Dementia Direct programme offered by the society

Community Concerns for the Medically Fragile $ 5,000.00

To aid in the replacement of the van used to transport those cared for by the charity

International Symphony Orchestra $2,500.00

For the purchase of orchestral risers

John Howard Society of Sarnia Lambton $ 2,000.00

For the establishment of a client clothing bank

Lambton Kent Agriculture in the Classroom $4500.00

For the development of the Healthy Eating clubs in Lambton county schools.

Lambton Seniors Association $2,000.00

For the expansion and advertising of the Handyman/Handy woman programme

St Joseph Hospice Caring Hearts Programme $2000.00

Year 3 of a 5 year commitment to provide bereavement programmes for children

YMCA Sarnia Lambton $ 3000.00

Programme subsidy for Youth Recreation and Sports Programme

Scholarship Funds

The Foundation is pleased to hold funds for; the Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce Anniversary Scholarships, the Society of St Vincent de Paul Scholarship, the SVVP/J&JY Trades Scholarship and the Susan Moffatt Memorial Scholarship

Foundation Projects

Cardiac Rehab Programme, the Dow Centre For Youth and the One Tomato Project have all received funds from the Foundation in this calendar year.
